The Meet Group, the largest mobile portfolio for meeting new people, is looking to grow its team of reliable, hard-working representatives responsible for moderating content and supporting members across various apps. This hourly position is full-time, and performed from the New Hope, Pennsylvania headquarters.

Available work schedules:

* Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm

* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am-5pm

* Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8am-7pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Reviewing image uploads and other user-generated content
* Moderating online forums
* Providing email & phone support to members using the website & mobile apps
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Computer/Internet/Smartphone savvy; working knowledge of iOS, Android, Mac/PC
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willing to work on holidays and weekends
* Customer Service oriented demeanor
* Proactive, can-do attitude
* Customer Service experience preferred

Compensation and benefits:

* $15.38 to $16.83 per hour based upon education & professional experience
