Custom Fender American Vintage Precision Bass - All White w/ Gold Hardware - $2,400 (Philadelphia)

I’ve always loved matching headstocks, so I decided to take it a step further and create a fully matching neck. The result is a striking all-white finish accented by gold hardware, giving this bass an elegant and distinctive presence. After extensive gigging, it’s developed a naturally aged, porcelain-like relic patina with beautiful finish checking throughout.
Powered by a grey-bottom Arcane ’65 Experience pickup, it delivers authentic vintage tone and dynamic response—every bit as rich and expressive as my ’66. It’s one of the most reliable and best-playing instruments I’ve owned, currently strung with Curt Mangan flatwounds with gold silk wraps that perfectly complement the aesthetic. In short: this bass is a total funk machine.
Condition
This instrument has been well-played and naturally aged. Expect dings, light tarnish on the hardware, and notable finish checking across the body. There’s some buckle rash on the back, and two small screw holes near the bridge from a previously mounted thumb rest. Please refer to the photos for detailed condition.
Additional Notes
I’m only parting with this bass because I’ve gravitated toward wider P-Bass necks and tend to play my ’66 with roundwounds for most situations. I’ve also recently come across a personal “grail” bass opportunity, so I’m selling this one to help fund that purchase. With that being said no trades at this time.
