1949 Packard Eight (I think the sub-model is a "Touring Eight"). My grandfather bought this car in 1972 with the intention of restoring it. He parked it in the garage, through a pool cover over it, and never touched it again. It has somewhere around 67k miles on the odometer. There is a bit of surface rust from humidity and a little rot in the rocker panels (I think that's what they are called), but otherwise it is as you would expect of a car that sat inside for 50 years. I have no idea if the engine will turn over. A mechanic friend of my mother's said if it had oil in it when it was parked, he'd be surprised if it didn't. You are welcome to give it a try if you know how. It does have the wheel skirts for the rear. Rear tires hold air, but front do not. It currently has dollies under the front wheels. CLEAN TITLE IN HAND!!!
