In home senior care company is growing and expanding and we are looking for a full-time scheduler for our busy in-home senior care company. This is a work at home position with approximately 35-40 hours/week from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday as well as one weekend a month on call. Must be detail oriented, enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a team, have creative problem solving skills, and excellent phone and customer service skills. Person must be available for the possibility of being on call for occasional evenings/nights and to pinch hit as a caregiver. If you like thousand piece puzzles then this is the job for you! Experience working with the elderly and familiarity with the use of a CRM system a plus.
Preference is someone who resides in Montgomery or Chester Counties.
*Assigning caregivers to open shifts
*Responding to and prioritizing phone calls, emails and texts from customers and employees and escalating as needed
*Update CRM system accurately and timely
*Other duties as assigned
