We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to assist with calls during our busy summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate with strong client service, computer and phone skills. The ideal individual will also be detail oriented and enjoy satisfying customers.
The Customer Support Representative is the in-house link between our customers and our Response Team 1 technicians. The Customer Service Representative will field all customer order requests, handle any customer concerns or questions and communicate any changes or updates with the technicians. This is a full-time summer position, with an immediate start date, pay rate of $14 per hour. There may be a possibility of permanent part time hours continuing in the fall. The hours may vary, but will fall between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, M-F, with some overtime needed.
• Field all incoming customer order requests.
• Maintain company database (NetSuite) through order entry and customer updates.
• Input daily management and sales customer calls and updates.
• Have an exceptional phone presence and a customer building attitude
• Be detail oriented to ensure orders and billing information are correct
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Able to perform all duties with minimal supervision
• Multi-task with the ability to prioritize large volumes of work.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Professional business casual attire.
