The above tells you about the artist. This is obviously a copy. But I did see gold flecks on the canvas.
This was sold during the time when the original was being shown in a New York museum. There is the signature of Rembrandt on this to make it more authentic.

Has a plaque at bottom. The frame can be fixed. Due to time it has been lived in a few areas.

Packing and unpacking does not help frames.
A long time ago I found out a duplicate of this artist and that time cost $10,000 now. If you have more documented information on it...that would be nice.
