Ross Wall Art "Landscape Scene" - $40 (Philadelphia)

It is an old wall print art which was produced for Ross retail stores.
It is in good condition with an exception of a few very small spots which looks like they can be wiped off. They are hardly noticeable while this piece is mounted on a wall.
Its measurements are 23-1/2" x 31-3/8".
I am asking $40 for this piece and you must pick up.
No shipment deliveries.
