Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk - Accounting Office (Langhorne/Newtown)

Small accounting firm in Newtown/Langhorne area (Bucks County) looking for a part time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk for 20-25 hours a week. A strong candidate will be a self starter with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, and be comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Skills/Experience Required:
• Strong background in working with MS Excel and Data Entry processes
• Proficiency with other MS Office Programs (Word, Powerpoint, Access)
• Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly
• Comfortable communicating with a variety of clients and representatives of companies being audited
• Strong writing skills and skilled at reviewing/editing documents
• Prior experience working in an administrative, secretarial, bookkeeping, or accounting related position is a plus
