<b>Qualifications:</b>

Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 2 years grant writing / development experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, independent worker, creative problem solver and self-starter, well organized, and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of nonprofits and nonprofit structure preferred. Experience with Social Service Agencies, Afterschool Programs, and/or Art Programs a plus.  The candidate must be able to make a personal identification with our mission.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and internet research is a must.

While ongoing training and development will be provided, applicants must have either paid or volunteer experience writing successful grants at the foundation, corporate, and governmental levels.

The Web Communications Administrator holds chief responsibility for maintaining the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law website and for developing web content as a means to advance the mission of the law school and keep diverse constituencies up to date on developments and activities at the school.<br>

Qualifications:<br>
Successful candidates will be familiar with current web standards (strict HTML, CSS, etc.) and fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Flash and similar content development tools.  They should have proficiency in producing and editing digital photography and video media for posting or streaming on the web. They must be able to work independently and creatively but also collaborate with non-technical content owners in developing and maintaining the website and they must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in web development, design, library science, journalism or communications is preferred.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
1.	Develop and maintain all aspects of web communications for the school.<br>
2.	Work collaboratively and creatively with (non-technical) communication providers/content owners and members of the communications team in the creation and maintenance of websites, while adhering to University web standards.<br>
3.	Establish a web strategy and priorities for website development based on school goals.<br>
4.	Establish web communication standards/style guide to enhance the identity of the school, consistent with university standards.<br>
5.	Work closely with outside consultants, University Relations, and Information Resources and Technologies staff in converting websites to the central Web Content Management System.<br>
6.	Track usage of websites, provide analysis and trends to contribute to the overall communications strategy.<br>
7.	Research and learn new software applications which utilize newest technologies that will enhance the online environment.<br>
8.	Provide technical/tutorial support to non-technical staff within the school for very basic website maintenance and educate them on new techniques and software applications when needed.<br>
