Looking for a top-notch, experienced HR professional to serve as our blogger on our COMPackage.com web site for multiple submissions per month. (The site will be rebuilt to add this function.) Significant human resources experience and a point of view is a must. Need not be from Philadelphia.
The COMPackage blog will be focused exclusively on how to identify HR processes and best practices for the small business sector and discuss the issues therein. We need someone that can get down to the basics in order to best communicate with this sector.
Priority will be given to people with:
•Exceptional writing skills
•Experience in human resources
•Some background working for a small entrepreneurial enterprise
•Strong understanding of social media and blog marketing
