The Center for Obesity Research and Education (CORE) on the Health Science Campus of Temple University (Dr. Gary Foster, PhD, 3223 N. Broad St, Suite 175) is looking for people to participate in a weight loss study. Eligible participants are overweight, sleep less than 7 hours per night, do not smoke, do not have diabetes, are between the ages of 18 and 65, and will be available for 3 study related visits and 12 group session at CORE over approximately 16 weeks. If eligible, you will receive nutritional lessons, lifestyle group counseling, strategies for healthier sleep habits, and you will be provided with compensation.
