You may want to think twice before going to work for a company that has over hired for tugboat personnel ,then on top of that they will not pay you for what the job scale rate is in other parts of the counrty for the same job( your Master of towing vessel captains license) is worth. Well i hope the down turn in the economy and the closing of the(sun) eagle point refinery will put vane brothers boat building to a end. I hope they layoff some of the drunkin ,drug addicts assholes that are working on some of these boats,( some of these guys have been their for years) and getaway with it. i hope they get rid of the dead wood,jerks and overweight unhealthy so called professionals. The dept in charge of keeping on top of this should be the Human resources But they seem to over look good educated and qualified people when their is a problem!! MORE TO COME DURING THE INVESTIGATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
