The display is so bright and large and the sound is so good that our kids have used this machine in the car as a 17" large screen DVD player and they can see it perfectly well even during the daylight hours. With a simple DC/AC converter that Radio Shack sells for $30 you can play non stop movies in the car. The unit was completely serviced this past June under the extended warranty and the drives, battery, charger, cooling system and other components were replaced. You are getting a seriously good machine here that still outperforms most laptops on the market. We recently switched to all MAC computers that is why we are selling. I rescued this printer from the scrap heap. Penn was throwing it out and I took it figuring it was worth my time to fix up and resell. Turned out the only problem was a hard to find paper jam.

Has USB and Ethernet ports for connecting to single computer or to a network. I have it connected to my computer via USB and it works great. Drivers are available on Xerox's website. I used it to print out some articles in full color and they look really sharp. All of the 4 toner cartridges are over half-full.

These printers retailed for $2000 - $2500 a few years ago. I'm confident this one will hold up for a long time. We can negotiate some kind of warranty if you like. I'd keep this printer for myself but it's big and heavy and I don't want to have to move it again. Email me with questions.

I just upgraded to windows 7 from vista. it DOES make a diference. the time it takes to start up from being turned off/hibernated/sleep is amazingly quick. may new features on windows 7 make this a great deal.

I also have a subscription to Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. I can add this, if wanted, for $50, and for $75 (total), i will install it myself so the entire system will be ready to use.
