Looking to swap homes with another homeowner. We need to live in this are and do not want to sell or rent our home. Hoping to find a homeowner that wants to live in the beach area but can not or does not want to sell their home. We have a 3 bedroom, large living area, stainless steel kitchen in a 6 year old single story house. It has a 3 season room, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and laundry room w/washer & dryer. No lawn maint and pool in development.
