I am in somewhat of an odd circumstance. My boyfriend and I broke up and unfortunately, live together. I am looking to move out and stay in the general area, West Chester (not in town), Downingtown, Exton, etc. and would like to find either 1 or 2 other roommates to share a place. I can afford the range (without utilities included) between 450-650/month. So, depending on how many people we can find that is what we can look for rent wise. I work in Thorndale & hold a second job in Wayne. I have a cat that is 2 and awesome. If you are an animal lover you will understand when I say he is still very much a "kitten". He has his play times as well as his drawn out naps!!! He is house broken, declawed and neutered. I would not mind another cat, I am actually thinking of getting him a companion if it would be whoever moves in (unless you have a cat).
I am looking to move out of my place between now and mid Dec. I am a little picky when it comes to places to rent. I do not want a rundown old house. I would really enjoy a townhouse where the landscaping would be taken care of for us and at least 2 bathrooms. I am 26, soon to be 27 in January. As far as male/female.. honestly, it doesn't matter to me as long as your drama free and not a hermit. I do go out on the weekends and occasionally like to have "girls" nights with food & of course vino! I cook a LOT, it is a huge passion of mine so if you like to eat, we could be a great match!!!
My heart is broken and I really just want to start my life over with a few chill people who are maybe in the same spot that I am, same age or maybe just moving to the area, etc. Not really looking for 21 year old who is still very much in the party scene. I am very dedicated to my work and need to make sure I can get some quality sleep! Also, please don’t have your boyfriend/girlfriend at our home every night.
I have a TON of furniture!!! I have a super comfy 3 person micro suede couch, coffee table/end tables, everything to stock a kitchen, microwave, 6 person table & chairs, desk, grill, art, nick-nakcs, etc. Oh and I am very clean so please don’t respond if you don’t clean up after yourself.
