Hello me and my significant other has beed looking for an house/apt for sometime now with no luck. So we are looking for a room til we find something more suitable. Looking for a large room or studio or basement type setting. Affordable nothing over 150 a wk. Perfer an apartment building with rooms in them but will settle for a room in a house with landlord depending on the person. As i said i have a 6yrs old daughter so please if your renting inside of your home please be sane. We both are very quiet. College students and both drama/drug free. Looking for something as soon as this week. We are looking for rooms that are not that far from center city. Please nothing in North Philadelphia. Thanks
