I am in need ASAP in a place to live. I am a hard working 23 year old male with a full time job in CC. I have lived in the city by myself for about 8 months now. The reason I need a place ASAP is because my landlord is not the best person in the world and has not followed through with numerous apt defects. My range for rent is between $300 and $500 with utilities included or not included, all that can be worked out. I am a South Jersey boy who moved to Florida to school and have been working in the city for a little over 2 years. I am very very out going, like music (dont play though), and pretty much enjoy any down time I can get. My work schedule varies week to week, days or nights, its all over the place, never overnights just late nights. I would like to live in or around the CC area, South Philly, or Fishtown around. I am not putting out of the question other spots. Please if you have a place or can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.
