I'm a general contractor with over 5 years experience, and my fiance is applying to law school. We are looking for a large 1, or 2 bedroom apartment in West Philadelphia. If you have something that needs work I would be glad to work out a deal where as I do the renovation / remodel in exchange for lower / no rent. (Depending on the size of the job to be done.)
We plan on buying a home in the spring, and would be looking to complete the work and move out in May/ June/ July. Leaving you with a freshly renovated apt, ready to rent, and leaving us with enough cash saved to put our down payment on a home!
I can provide references and photos of work that I have done upon request.
