REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiar with a variety of the field retail operations� concepts, practices, and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-unit retail management position. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position will report to the Director of Operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Superior oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization, from the CEO to the local retail manager.

Job Requirements:

Team Building
