a) Doctors limit their numbers (with horribly difficult med schools). Unionists limit members too, to make more money. The 1st rule of

b) Medicare fraud ONLY is BIGGER in total volume than the drug business. Medicaid fraud is over $63 Million in 5 STATES ALONE!
