I have said much of what TLS has said in the past. I lean more to the right myself on many issues of the forum. I respect TLS and think he's a very intelligent person with a great perspective of politics. What hurts me is that, although I agree with TLS and express myself in ways that sway to his side of the panel, Citizen still thinks of my posts as "full of crap" or thinks of me as a child. When Mork posted his letter, I was so hurt, I left the forum. I respected Citizen. Although we were on opposite sides of the field, I found his posts interesting and had me thinking about the other side in some issues. I came to really admire his wisdom and fairness. But now I realize what is going on here. I realize that because I'm a lady, my opinions are "childish" or "immature" in his eyes. He constantly reminds the forum that "she's a lady". That is not ALL I am. I am a citizen. I am an American. I have real feelings and ideas. I may not be able to word them in an intelligent way, but my theory is why be all grown up all the time? Not everyone understands jargon that comes out of text books. People do not want to look up every word in the dictionary to understand what is being said, they want what TLS and I give them, the facts in plain English.

I'm sorry, Citizen. I still respect and admire you, but you have hurt me in a way that will take a while to get over. You probably will write back and call me "immature" or a "baby". I hope you will call me "An American Citizen with ideas and thoughts." I may be "simple minded" but I'm not entirely idiotic.

I enjoy your posts. All of you. Even Mork or Conspiracy or whoever he calls himself. What I do not enjoy is back-stabbing. Do not tell me I have interesting posts, then call me an idiot behind my back. Mork is brutal, but he's honest. He calls people what/who they are to their faces. He's a jerk when he does it, but noone (yeah I'm using that word Citizen, got a problem oh I'm sorry HAVE a problem with that?) can call him a back-stabber.

I know I'll be hated after this, but you know what? I do not care. Not anymore. I just want people to stop commenting on HOW people post, but on WHAT they post.
