	Transfer phone calls to the appropriate personnel. <br>
	Retrieve voice mail messages and respond to E-mail inquires as directed.  <br>
	Schedule and coordinate Campus Visitation appointments and weekly appointments. <br>
	Arrange meetings with coaches, faculty and cadets during campus visits. <br>
	Assists with inputs Academy, and ELI inquire into the lead database. <br>
	Assists Officers with their follow-up mailings. <br>
	Prepare inquiry mail out packets and boxes for mail out on a daily basis.  <br>
	Produce mailing labels for Campus Visitations, mail out campaigns and admissions receptions. <br>
	Enter leads into CAM<br>
              o	Respond to questions<br>
              o	Put together VFMAC packages to mail to prospect students<br>
                          - Reporting orders- Assist Office Manager with coordination. <br>
	      o Type/edit letters for the Officers.<br>
	Assist the Administrative Staff. Fill in if someone calls out or needs extra help. <br>
	Supervise cadet work scholar students in work activities.<br>
	Attend in-processing <br>
             o	Computer entry, update contact information, billing information<br>
             o	Answer any questions needed<br>
	Attend Open House.<br>
             o Registrar people who attend<br>
             o	Answer any questions needed. <br>
	Makes appointments for tours.<br>
	Coordinates the general Admissions Calendar.<br>
	Respond to other duties as required.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS:<br>

Education: 	High School Diploma.<br>

Experience:	Minimum of two-(2) years administrative experience. Also must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. <br>

As I stated in the previous listing one must be responsible, self motivated,  and have a dependible vehicle, Valid insurance. The best way to describe the position is to give a a general listing of the day to day duties.<br>

A typical day would consist of the following:<br>

Arrive, filing, light typing, general errands, data entry, schedule appts, pick up dog, brush and walk dog, clean and dust office and house, then depart.<br>

In light of the fact that a building business and a resturaunt are involved, experience in those fields would be helpful to the canidate. I am also in the process of starting another business therefore general help in that business may be required. Also, I to travel a coulple days a month and the dog would need to be tended to. As for the errands and the dog a vehicle will be availablle to the assistant, I would never ask one to utilize a personal vehicle for my business. * Verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness, specificity and appropriateness of diagnosis and procedures code documentation. <br>
* Review medical record information to identify all appropriate coding based on the CMS HCC categories. <br>
* Complete appropriate paperwork/documentation/system entry regarding billing claim/encounter information. <br>
* Assure the accuracy, completeness, specificity and appropriateness of diagnosis information recorded fore each patient encounter. <br>
* Demonstrate analytical and problem solving ability regarding barriers to recording and validating accurate HCC information. <br>
* Develop and implement provider training modules to improve the documentation of treatment, diagnoses and chronic conditions designed to improve overall HCC coding and documentation. <br>
* Other duties as directed. <br>

QUALIFICATIONS: <br>

* Must be a Certified Medical Coder (CPC or CCS). <br>
* Extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding. <br>
