Would make a great kitchen for a starter home, fixer-upper, shore or vacation home. There are some minor imperfections that you would expect from everyday use. Some of the black vinyl toe kick trim on the base cabinets was cut during removal and will need to be replaced (you can find inexpensively at home improvement stores).
