1. Good communication skills. This is a Must have.
2. 2 years of recruiting experience.
3. High initiative and energy level.
4. Track record of success as a technical recruiter.
5. Experience as a software developer in 1-2 full SDLC projects preferred.
Job involves 70% recruiting/buiness development and 30% operations.
