I bought this window air conditioner brand new from Lowe's one year ago (2007) and only used it for three months last summer. It is in pristine condition and is LIKE NEW. It has sat on my bedroom floor since last summer. I am now moving into a central Air Conditioned apartment and want to sell this. Comes with remote and sticky styrofoam for sealing with the window.
