I am a 25 year old professional currently living in the Boro of West Chester and would like to upgrade to a larger apartment. I would like to stay in the boro near the center of town. My current apartment consist of a BR, LR, kitchen and a small bathroom. The 3 rooms are all roughly 12x12 to 12x9. i would like something larger than that with some upgrades.
