Position Requirements:
We are looking for talented Business Systems Analysts to work on high priority long term initiatives. Several critical SOA components will be developed as part of this initiative.

This position requires strong problem solving skills, the ability to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast paced environment, the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, the flexibility to multi-task, the aptitude to work collaboratively with Business & IT teams, the capability to work efficiently with minimal guidance, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the skills to create documentation to comply with department and audit requirements.

What will you be responsible for:
� Eliciting Business & Systems Requirements expertly, utilizing a wide variety of techniques appropriate to the source.
� Developing use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis to help create and validate business requirements.
� Evaluating information gathered, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
� Leading all information gathering and analysis efforts on the project; document and publish minutes for all sessions.
� Analyzing and documenting affected system architecture with project architects.
� Collaborate with Business & IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.
� Interact with architects to understand software design and limitations.
� Perform systems testing and ensure defects and managed/resolved.
� Document and contribute to creation of other technical artifacts (in addition to technical requirement documents).

� Specific to SOA services
o Identify & document Data Sources for SOA Services.
o Define & document internal and external interfaces for all components: e.g. WSDL, Queues.
o Define & Document data representation and canonical models: e.g. XML, CSV etc.

I'm looking to work with the developer using a lean startup approach, meaning that I'd like to start with the most basic minimum viable product and then constantly iterate. I currently have a full-time job as a product manager, so the plan is to start part-time with the goal to create something that people user and turn this into something full-time. I have over 5 years experience as a product manager, working on several startups and traditional web properties. I'm not just looking for any developer, but a partner who has passion for projects like these and will help me turn this "concept" into a successful business. Also, this developer should be able to iterate rapidly.
