This gig has 4 levels of service coinciding with four levels of pay:
- Monthly Maintenance (planned)
- Project (2 weeks planned notice)
- Scheduled Services (over 24 hours notice) for ad-hoc services
- Emergency Services (same day or within 24 hours)
Previous data center experience is required, and you must be willing to work over-time if and when required.

Essential job functions:
Answer customer emails
Answer phone calls and take orders by phone

Generate shipping slips from the ecommerce system
Pick products from shelves
Pack it for shipping
