Due to exceptional growth, UniTek USA is seeking a Director of Risk Management to be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. 
<br>

<br>
The Director of Risk Management will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the claims department, as well as managing the insurance and safety processes for the company. 
<br>

<br>
The Director of Risk will interact extensively with insurance brokers, carriers and third party administrators.  Other responsibilities will include preparation of reports and management analysis of the company’s insurance program to be presented to the Executives. 
<br>

<br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<br>
•	Manages insurance programs such as fidelity, surety, liability, property, and workers' compensation.
<br>
•	Analyze and classify risks as to frequency and potential severity, and measures financial impact of risk on company.
<br>
•	Selects appropriate techniques and implements programs and policies to minimize loss, such as avoidance, loss prevention and reduction, retention, grouping of exposure units, and transfer.
<br>
•	Participates in insurance negotiations, selection of insurance brokers and carriers, and placement of insurance.
<br>
•	Prepares operational and risk reports for management analysis.
<br>
•	Manages policy renewals, claims, issuance of certificates, budget planning, risk minimization programs, and prevention programs.
<br>
•	Plans, directs and coordinates risk and insurance programs to minimize risks and control losses.
<br>
•	Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
<br>
•	Oversees the administration of worker's compensation program, including working with the insurance carrier to reduce employee lost time. 
<br>
•	Communicates with field offices to administer policies and procedures regarding accident reporting and worker's compensation.
<br>
•	Monitors damage complaints and conducts internal audits. 
<br>
•	Manages in-house handling of damages that exceed a specific threshold. 
<br>
•	Ensures all field offices are in compliance with OSHA postings and other required postings.
<br>

<br>
Requirements:
<br>
•	Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Risk and Safety role for a 3,000+ employee company 
<br>
•	5-7 years of experience in Risk and Safety
<br>
•	Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent
<br>
•	Experience with large deductible and self insured programs for multiple jurisdictions is preferred
<br>
•	Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills
<br>
•	Expert level MS Office proficiency
<br>
•	Shared services or service organization experience is a plus
<br>

<br>
Supervisory Responsibilities                   			
<br>

<br>
Directly supervises two employees in the Risk Management Department. The Director of Risk will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work. Additional responsibilities will include appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

•	Order, track and schedule equipment with adherence to corporate policies<br>
•	Oversee tracking of all corporate assets that have been assigned to field offices<br>
•	Create tracking reports utilizing fixed asset tracking software <br>

•	Assist in maintenance of fleet vehicle logs and tracking tool allocations<br>

Qualifications:<br>

A Regional Sales Representative has responsibility for the growth and development of a territory. He or She will maintain existing accounts while building new relationships to achieve revenue goals. A successful Regional Sales Rep gives dynamic presentations to school administrators and college counselors, coordinates direct mailings and organizes other promotional activities to sell our SAT/ACT prep programs.<br><br>


<b>The Candidate</b><br>

Bachelor's degree plus five years of overall experience in managing team projects with at least 2 years experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry preferred. Further years of work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Strong technical skills including knowledge of software development process.

Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver effective training programs and large group presentations including facilitating team processes in person and via telephone or e-mail.

Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, procedures and approaches. 
<br>
Demonstrated ability to meet very short deadlines & multi-task in an extremely fast-paced work environment with little direct supervision.

The Director of Risk Management will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the claims department, as well as managing the insurance and safety processes for the company. 
<br>

The Director of Risk will interact extensively with insurance brokers, carriers and third party administrators.  Other responsibilities will include preparation of reports and management analysis of the company’s insurance program to be presented to the Executives. 
<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<br>
•	Manages insurance programs such as fidelity, surety, liability, property, and workers' compensation.
<br>
•	Analyze and classify risks as to frequency and potential severity, and measures financial impact of risk on company.
<br>
•	Selects appropriate techniques and implements programs and policies to minimize loss, such as avoidance, loss prevention and reduction, retention, grouping of exposure units, and transfer.
<br>
•	Participates in insurance negotiations, selection of insurance brokers and carriers, and placement of insurance.
<br>
•	Prepares operational and risk reports for management analysis.
<br>
•	Manages policy renewals, claims, issuance of certificates, budget planning, risk minimization programs, and prevention programs.
<br>
•	Plans, directs and coordinates risk and insurance programs to minimize risks and control losses.
<br>
•	Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
<br>
•	Oversees the administration of worker's compensation program, including working with the insurance carrier to reduce employee lost time. 
<br>
•	Communicates with field offices to administer policies and procedures regarding accident reporting and worker's compensation.
<br>
•	Monitors damage complaints and conducts internal audits. 
<br>
•	Manages in-house handling of damages that exceed a specific threshold. 
<br>
•	Ensures all field offices are in compliance with OSHA postings and other required postings.
<br>

Requirements:
<br>
•	Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Risk and Safety role for a 3,000+ employee company 
<br>
•	5-7 years of experience in Risk and Safety
<br>
•	Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent
<br>
•	Experience with large deductible and self insured programs for multiple jurisdictions is preferred
<br>
•	Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills
<br>
•	Expert level MS Office proficiency
<br>
•	Shared services or service organization experience is a plus
<br>

Supervisory Responsibilities                   			
<br>

<br>
Directly supervises two employees in the Risk Management Department. The Director of Risk will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work. Additional responsibilities will include appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Follow these tips to maximize your experience!

- Bring resumes a pen and a notepad. 
<br>
- Dress professionally (conservative business suit, comfortable dress shoes, etc.).

- Your introduction - this is your initial interview.

- When you meet a recruiter be friendly, confident, and assertive. Give a firm handshake while introducing yourself. 
<br>
- Practice a 45-60 second personal advertisement to communicate your strengths and goals. Speak clearly and make eye contact. 
<br>
- Use the program guide you will receive at the event to learn more about the participating companies and job openings. 
<br>
- Ask for business cards when you speak with recruiters. 
<br>
- Send personal thank you notes via email after the event, and make follow-up calls to schedule an interview.

How is the set up?

The PSI Job Fair is an “open house” trade show environment. Each employer recruits from its own 8’ X 10’ booth space. As an “open house’ you can attend any time during the published hours and talk with only the employers you choose.

You will also ensure the distribution of supplies and equipment is performed in an effective and efficient manner in compliance with all federal, state, local and JCAHO regulations and laws through continuous evaluation and review.

•	Minimum of 5 years as supply chain manager in a healthcare setting

•	Bachelor’s degree in business management, organizational development or equivalent

•	CPM of AHRMM preferred

•	Ability to report and interpret statistics and key performance indicators and either take or recommend actions based on these findings
