About the apartment:  Two bedroom (or one shared bedroom with lots of extra space for studio, library, whatever), second floor of row home.  Short walk to grocery, bars, restaurants, septa.  Medium walk to Upenn, Rittenhouse, broad line.  There are three main rooms, a small bathroom and a small kitchen.  The front room (facing south) is HUGE.  Two big windows let in enough light to grow vegetables or get a tan.  The middle room is medium sized and cozy.  The back room (north facing) is smallish but functional and private from the rest of the apartment.<br>
<br>
There are closets in each of the three main rooms.  There are new windows in every room of the apartment; heating and cooling is a breeze.  <br>
<br>
This place is perfect for a couple, or a couple of students, or anyone else for that matter.  I've been loving it and living here for four years, but alas, I must move on. <br>
<br>
You would be signing a new lease for the apartment.  Total is 2300 to move in.  Then 775/month plus utilities.  I am trying to move out ASAP, so...  december 1st or january 1st its yours!!<br>
